Coalition

Building a coalition centered on lived experience, institutional accountability, and long-term systems change.

Founding Phase

Operation Enabled is currently in its founding phase and is prioritizing individuals with direct lived experience navigating disability-related barriers, institutional systems, and continuity failures in practice. Early coalition development is focused on establishing a foundation informed not only by policy analysis, but by firsthand experience with the systems these policies affect.
Initial participation efforts are intended to identify recurring patterns, structural contradictions, and unmet needs across healthcare, education, employment, accessibility, and related systems that shape daily participation and long-term outcomes.
